CLAUS GOEDECKE GMBH · 2025 – PRESENT
For Claus Goedecke, we develop and manage a dedicated careers presence. Through genuine insights, recurring video formats and coordinated campaigns, we bring the company to life for apprentices and skilled professionals.

Claus Goedecke works in bathrooms, heating, thermal systems and metalwork. A dedicated social media channel was to be created for recruitment – deliberately separate from the general company channel. Its role: show young people opportunities in skilled trades and give experienced professionals an authentic impression of the employer.
People looking to get to know an employer want more than vacancies. That’s why we combine recruitment with project insights, conversations with employees and humorous formats. A coordinated editorial calendar gives these varied topics a shared direction. Recognisable design connects the posts into a coherent careers presence.
01 / CAREERS CONTENT
What can I expect in a skilled trade – and where could I progress? Content for apprentices makes career prospects tangible. People from the company take centre stage. An abstract apprenticeship becomes a picture of what someone's own working day could look like.

02 / CAREERS CONTENT
For experienced applicants, we focus on tasks, projects and the team. Recruitment videos and coordinated campaigns address skilled professionals and help them assess whether the company fits their career expectations.

In the video about a heating system with a pool, Philip Goedecke presents a completed client project. Insights like these show the tasks the team handles every day. They connect the technical work with the people behind it.

04 / CAREERS CONTENT
The post featuring Lucie Köhler shows a career path: starting as an apprentice, now a project manager. Her responsibilities and team give the story substance. Personal insights communicate career prospects more vividly than a general promise.

05 / CAREERS CONTENT
Tool knowledge, team moments and humorous ideas bring variety to the careers channel. A shared design connects the different formats. The result shows the business from several perspectives and invites people to explore further.

We handle ideas and editorial planning, develop video concepts and scripts, and prepare shoots. On site, we agree content and scenes with the client. Editing, graphics and image posts follow. Scripts and finished videos are reviewed together before publication. Ongoing management includes posting, social ads, Google recruitment campaigns, analysis and monthly reporting.
According to the client, applications for apprenticeships have increased. Skilled professionals were also reached as applicants. The careers presence combines continuous content with recruitment campaigns and authentic insights into the company.
